This policy sets out what may and may not be sold, published or done on the Safqi platform. It forms an integral part of the Terms of Use, and breaching it is sufficient grounds to suspend or terminate your account.
The governing rule: anything unlawful under applicable Iraqi law breaches this policy.
The Arabic text of this policy is the authoritative version. This English translation is provided for convenience; in case of conflict, the Arabic prevails.

- Selling, renting or sharing customer data with a third party without lawful basis.
- Retaining data you do not need, or after the need for it has ended.
4. Apps and themes
Anyone developing an app or theme for the platform must:
- request the minimum permissions needed for it to function, and disclose them clearly;
- not transfer store or customer data to external servers without disclosure and consent;
- not inject hidden code, advertising or undisclosed tracking;
- not attempt to bypass the Content Security Policy applied to the storefront;
- maintain the security of their app and remediate its vulnerabilities within a reasonable period.
5. Reporting
If you see a store, content or app that breaches this policy, report it to [[SUPPORT_EMAIL]] with the link and a description of the breach. Reports are treated confidentially.
To report a security vulnerability: write to the same address; do not publish it and do not exploit it. We undertake to treat it seriously and will take no action against a researcher who reports in good faith, avoids causing harm, and does not access others' data.
6. Enforcement
We escalate according to the seriousness and repetition of the breach:
- Warning with a period to remedy.
- Removal of the offending content or product.
- Disabling a specific feature (for example, stopping broadcasts).
- Temporary suspension of the store.
- Permanent termination of the account, with any amounts due withheld pending resolution.
- Reporting to the competent authorities where a crime is suspected.
We may start directly at the appropriate step — including immediate termination — where the breach is serious, presents a risk to users or to the platform, or involves unlawful activity.
On termination for breach: amounts paid are not refunded, any wallet balance lapses, and amounts collected for your account may be withheld pending the conclusion of the investigation or the settlement of buyers' claims.
7. Appeals
If you believe the action taken against you is incorrect, write to [[SUPPORT_EMAIL]] within 14 days setting out your position with supporting material. We review the appeal and inform you of the outcome.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as new usage patterns or legal requirements arise. The updated version is published here.
